They do fabulous work! They were able to rescue my dining room chair leg from the wolf-dog teeth marks left on one of the legs. Actually my dog had actually taken some nice chunks out! And now it looks like new. Their work is worth every penny they charge!

Mark was wonderful. He called me back to schedule a time that accommodated my complicated schedule exactly when he said he would - not once but three times. And when the agreed upon time arrived, he arrived. The plan was that he would come look at the big antique linen press (think armoire) which has a heavy door with a 7' tall beveled glass mirror on it and give me an estimate of the cost to repair its hinge for a $100 trip charge which would be applied to the cost of the repair if he did the job. Instead, in 2 hours, starting at 6:00 pm, he repaired the stripped out screw holes, made new screws, and did so in such a way that there is no visible sign of the damage that had been done. His willingness to work well into the evening saved me from scheduling a second visit. Mark is a true gentleman and a master craftsman. I highly recommend him.

Mark replaced the bottoms of 6 drawers for a dresser. The original ones, the bottoms fell out. The new ones are beautiful, and built better than the original. The bottoms are made of a strong maple plywood; I expect they will out last the original; the support is better than the original. Mark picked up and delivered them. I highly recommend him for furniture repair.
